The Branch:
The textile and clothing industry is one of the major industrial sectors in Germany in terms of turnover and the size of its labour force.
The Confederation of the German Textile- and Fashion Industry represents the textile and fashion industry in the sectors social and wage policy and economic policy. Its members are regional associations and trade associations.
The Association of the German Home Textiles Industry represents the interests of the entire German home textiles industry, including the carpet and textile flooring industry, by providing a comprehensive range of services for its member companies to support them in global competition.
The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi), the AUMA_ Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, the Confederation of the German Textile and Fashion Industry and the Association of the German Home Textiles Industry wish all participants a successful show and extend a warm welcome to all visitors of the German Pavilion.
